General Information

What time are check-in and check-out?

Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours ?

Our reception is at your disposal every day from 08:00 to 20:00

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Our staff will be happy to assist you in Italian, English, and German.

Where is the property and how can I/we reach it ?

Our property is located in Selva di Fasano, at Viale del Leccio 33, 72015 (BR). It's easily accessible by car via the Strada Statale 172 dei Trulli; for those traveling by train, the Fasano train station is approximately 9 km away.

Is parking available?

There is internal video-monitored parking.

Does the property have an elevator?

No, the property does not have a elevator.

What accessibility features does the property have?

Due to its historical structure and the presence of numerous differences in level, stone paths and stairs, the structure has architectural barriers that unfortunately make it unsuitable for people with motor disabilities.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, to ensure maximum hygiene and meet the needs of all our guests, pets are not permitted, regardless of size.

Do you offer /provide a luggage storage service?

The property offers a luggage storage service at reception during opening hours.

Check-in / Check-out

How does check-in work at the property?

Check-in is done in person during reception hours. For arrivals outside of these hours, we guarantee maximum flexibility with virtual check-in: we'll send detailed instructions directly to your email address (WhatsApp or iMessage) so you can check in independently and conveniently.

Is early check-in possible?

Early check-in is available upon request and subject to confirmation by the property. We will do our best to prepare your room as quickly as possible, based on availability on the day.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out can be arranged upon request and incurs a surcharge. Please contact reception the day before your departure to confirm availability.

What are the reception hours?

Our staff is at your complete disposal from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For any needs outside these hours, you can still reach us using the contact information provided during check-in.

Is a transfer service available?

We do not currently have an internal shuttle. However, we will be happy to assist you in booking a private transfer service or a taxi for your trips to the station or airport. Absolutely. Il Borgo is environmentally friendly and offers its guests a dedicated charging station for electric vehicles.

To ensure a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for our guests, the facility is designed for adults and is unfortunately not equipped to accommodate children.

Yes, our guests can enjoy the beauty of the sea at the Maremosso Beach Club, an exclusive and refined location just a short distance from the Borgo.

Do you provide /offer beach towels?

We provide towels exclusively for indoor use at our pool. We therefore invite you to bring your own for days at the beach.

Since the Borgo is a facility dedicated exclusively to an adult public, we do not have cribs, cots or other childcare equipment.

Due to the historic architecture of the village and the presence of numerous differences in level, the property unfortunately does not have accessible or barrier-free rooms.

Of course. Upon request, we're happy to help you organize personalized tours and experiences to discover the wonders of the Itria Valley and Puglia.

Is it possible to arrange weddings or private events?

The Borgo is the ideal setting for intimate and private events. To preserve the atmosphere and exclusivity of the property, we host celebrations for a limited number of guests. We invite you to contact us to discuss the feasibility of your project.

Payments and Cancellations

What are the cancellation terms?

Our property primarily applies a non-refundable rate. This means that in the event of cancellation, changes, or no-shows, the amount paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.
